Dave Fenske is the principal attorney at Fenske Law Firm, PLLC, he is also the CLO for Dayton Rogers Manufacturing Co. Prior to joining Dayton Rogers in September of 2011, Dave was a founding partner in the law firm of Morrison Fenske & Sund in Minnetonka, MN. During his 20-year career at Morrison Fenske & Sund, he was the head of the firm’s corporate and estate planning departments, Dave represents a wide range of businesses and individuals.
Dave loves to explain estate planning concepts and designing the right plan for each client. He also provides critical business and legal counsel to his business clients and functions as a key business advisor to many long-time clients.

With over 35 years of experience as a seasoned attorney, I specialize in assisting individuals, families, and small businesses who are planning for both current and future needs. My greatest skill set is the ability to explain your options in a way that makes sense. I am easy and fun to work with and genuinely love connecting and problem solving. I am affordable and relatable and will be honest and efficient.
Outside the office I am a dedicated cross fitter at Hopkins Crossfit and enjoy playing pickleball with my wife, Mary. We also are the proud parents of four adult children.
